baristatube is committed to honoring the rights of copyright owners. We follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and act swiftly when provided with proper notification of alleged infringement. If your work appears here without your consent, you may submit a formal notice through our contact form.

Steps for Filing a Notice

Your request must be complete in order for us to process it. Please include the following details:

1. Your full details
   Name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
2. The copyrighted work
   Describe the content you own. A list may be used if multiple works are affected.
3. Exact location
   Provide the direct URL(s) where the material is displayed on baristatube.
4. Good faith claim
   A statement affirming that the disputed content is unauthorized by you, your agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement
   Confirm under penalty of perjury that the information is true and that you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
6. Signature
   A typed full name or an electronic/physical signature.

Counter-Notices

If you believe material was removed incorrectly, you may submit a counter-notification through our contact form. The counter-notice must include:

1. Your full contact details.
2. Identification of what was removed and where it appeared before removal.
3. A sworn statement that the removal was an error or misidentification.
4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court (or if outside the U.S., the courts where baristatube operates) and acceptance of service of process from the original claimant.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Content may be restored within 10 business days after a valid counter-notice is received unless legal action is filed by the original complainant.

Policy on Repeat Violations

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content will face suspension or termination. We also reserve the right to remove infringing content at any time.
